How do I cancel an appointment?
Call at 773-733-4707, M-F 7am-5pm, Sat 7am-12pm, Sun -Closed.
No voice message or email will be accepted as cancellation request!
We have 36 hours cancellation policy. If less than 36 hours fee may apply.
You can also use our cancellation or rescheduling form to cancel or reschedule a service.
What are your payment methods and arrangements?
We accept: cash, check and credit card for residential and commercial customers
Payment must be made immediately after the service has been completed. No exceptions!
Can I reschedule an appointment?
Of course! So long as you call us at least 36 hours prior to the appointment.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner?
No. POLYMAIDS provides vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplis free of charge.
What is your pets policy?
We are pet’s friendly cleaning service!
Many clients have pets and they are usually no problem for our teams.
However, please inform us if pets are present.
We do instruct our teams not to enter a property if a threatening animal is present.
Do I have to be at home while cleaning?
Nope. We understand you have a life to live, so we don’t even need you to be there to let us in
If you will not be present while cleaning, please provide the information required to obtain access.
We are fully insured and bonded, and are happy to make arrangements to secure the premises after our visit.
What's a good place to leave the key?
We mark your key with color-coded references so it’s not identifiable with your address except to us.
We keep the key locked up at our office. So you don’t have to worry about leaving a key under the mat.
How many people do you send to my home?
Normally, we send 2 maids, and 2-3 maids crew to large jobs!
How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment?

Sometimes the same day service available (no extra charge for the same day service).
What are your cleaning times?
Our cleaning crews are on duty from 7am to 4 pm. We schedule appointments every hour between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Will I get the same maid every time?
Yes! Per your request we will send you the same maid or team!
Occasionally, due to illness an alternate team or maid will have to be substituted.
What is your arrival window?
We ask for a:
30 minute arrival window for appointments scheduled from 6 am to 8 am.
60 minutes arrival window for appointments scheduled from 9 am to 1:59 pm
90 Minute arrival window for appointments scheduled from 2 pm to 5:00 pm
2 hours arrival window for recurring appointments.
For example if you booked an appointment for 12 :00 pm the cleaning team will arrive between 12 and 1pm.
Do you offer any service Guarantee?
If for any reason you believe a cleaning service was inadequate, we will immediately resolve the problem
Free of charge, sending a team out to take care of you at once. Call us at 773-733-4707 or file complaint through our website within 24 hours after service completed
How do you handle the security system?
Our maids trained to deal with any security systems.
We recommend you program it with a special code for our cleaning team.
